9+ anni tra architetture backend, DevOps e modernizzazione di sistemi legacy: dai portali assicurativi alle piattaforme SaaS, fino ai prodotti AI-native. Il filo conduttore è sempre lo stesso — rendere un sistema affidabile, sicuro e pronto a crescere prima che la crescita lo travolga.

Oggi in Cato AI definisco infrastruttura e sicurezza guidando la migrazione dello stack da Railway/Vercel ad AWS: edge con Cloudflare, Zero Trust, Row-Level Security a livello database, hardening e osservabilità. In parallelo sono founder & CTO di GeoSuite, la piattaforma di Generative Engine Optimization che misura come ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude e Perplexity citano i brand.

Affianco inoltre startup early-stage come fractional CTO: la guida tecnica di un CTO senior con impegno e costo proporzionati alla fase. E, per sport, una fila di progetti open source su sicurezza Postgres, GEO/SEO e tooling.
